A landing page is a single page website that has one objective to capture the contact details of the person who visits your website like name, address, phone no, email etc.
A landing page is where you send targeted PPC traffic. It focuses on one sole product or service to be marketed or sold to the audience it has received through PPC efforts.
Landing pages may have multiple sections with images, minimal text, and possibly have multiple call-to-action buttons within a single page.
Landing pages are important because of how well they convert.
Landing page must have CTA(Call-to-action) that encourage your viewers to convert.
An Instagram/Facebook/etc. Landing Page is a page on your website that you are linking to directly from your Social Media profile.
In addition to being able to track Social Media traffic (and conversions if you sell products), you can also use it as a way to direct all of your Social Media followers to your best content, without changing your URL each time you upload a new post.
Here are my steps for setting up your Social Media Landing Page:
Step 1: Create a new page on your website.
Step 2: Name it something simple. This keeps your link short and sweet.
Step 3: Add the different elements to your page. If you are on Squarespace, add elements like a blog summary block, newsletter block, or your newest products. Link to anything important, link your Etsy shop, or other social media.
Step 4: Within your Social Media account, go to edit profile, and change your URL to your new landing page.
